Refund* & Replacement Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, broken, expired, or missing items, you can request a return within 10 days of delivery.
Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product is past the expiration date.
- Incomplete order or missing products.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- Products are opened, used, or altered.
- The original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
- The return request is made more than 10 days after delivery.
- The damaged/missing product is reported after 10 days of delivery.
- The product is returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.
Return Process:
- Initiate Return Request – Email info@siddhafootscience.com within 10 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Name
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
- Photos as proof
- Review & Verification – Our team will examine the claim within 48 working hours.
- Return & Refund Processing:
- If deemed defective or unusable, we may request you to discard the item.
- If eligible for replacement, a service representative will arrange a pickup within 1-2 days.
- If return pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to self-ship via a reliable courier service, and we will reimburse the courier charges.
- Final Verification & Resolution – Once the returned product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate a replacement or refund.
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and strive to find the most satisfactory resolution.
Important Note:
We do not offer refunds. Only replacements are available for eligible cases.
