✔ Make sure your entire sole is moist but not dripping wet.

✔ Shake off any excess water to avoid a smudged print.

Step 2: Step Onto a Piece of White Paper

✔ Place a plain white sheet on a hard surface like the floor.

✔ Step on it with your full weight and stand still for about 10 seconds.

✔ Ensure even pressure so your true footprint is captured.

Step 3: Analyze Your Footprint to Reveal Your Arch Type

Now, step off the paper and check your footprint. Based on the shape, you can determine your foot arch type:

🔴 Low Arch (Flat Feet) – Your entire foot is visible with little to no curve, meaning your arch collapses under pressure. This can lead to overpronation (excessive inward rolling of the foot), knee pain, and poor balance.

🟢 Normal Arch – Your footprint shows a moderate curve, indicating a balanced foot structure with proper weight distribution and shock absorption.

🟠 High Arch – A very narrow or almost missing midfoot imprint suggests a high arch, which means your foot doesn’t absorb shock properly. This can cause excessive pressure on the heel and forefoot, leading to pain and instability.
