Shipping and Delivery

At Siddha Foot Science, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and on time. We partner with Shiprocket to provide reliable and efficient delivery services across India.

Shipping Information:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS or WhatsApp Message with tracking details to monitor your shipment status.

Shipping Charges:

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.
  • For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 will apply.

Delivery Partners: We utilize Shiprocket for secure and fast deliveries. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner availability, and local conditions.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can also track your shipment directly by visiting the Shiprocket tracking portal using your tracking ID.

Undelivered Orders:

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for further instructions.

Delayed Deliveries:

  • While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may impact delivery timelines. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Damages and Issues

We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues:

  •  Inspection upon Receipt: Please inspect your order upon arrival.
  • Reporting Issues: Contact us immediately (not later than 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Supporting Evidence: Providing an unboxing video of the package will expedite our resolution process, as it helps us assess the issue accurately.
